External Library Membership

Details of library membership options for anyone outside of LKC.

External Membership

External library memberships are available for anyone who is not enrolled on a module or programme of study at LKC. If you want flexible access to a great collection of resources to help you with sermon preparation, ministry, study or research, or you simply want to keep up to date with current issues in the church or read for your own interest and spiritual development, then the library can help you!

As a member of the library, you will benefit from:

  • A quiet place to study.
  • Flexible memberships to suit your circumstances and budget.
  • Access to an online catalogue.
  • A postal loan service for members who live outside of the Manchester area (charges apply).
  • External membership allows you to take out up to six books at a time for a period of three weeks.
  • Books can be renewed as many times as necessary as long as they are not reserved by another library member.
